Laboratory processing fees are billed separately by the laboratory facility and are not included in the Sankofa visit fee. The appropriate visit type may be adjusted based on the complexity of your results and medical needs.

Initial lab evaluation and order for routine wellness labs when clinically appropriate. Includes CBC, CMP, Cholesterol, A1C, and Thyroid Panel (TSH) when clinically indicated. Labs are sent to your preferred lab facility.

Review of previously ordered lab results. Your provider will go through your results with you, explain findings, and discuss any recommended next steps or treatment adjustments.

Visit Type Adjustment Notice

The appropriate visit type may be adjusted based on the complexity of your results and medical needs. If your results are more extensive or abnormal than anticipated, your provider may recommend upgrading to a Comprehensive Lab Review at the time of your visit.
