Visit Type Adjustment Notice: The appropriate visit type may be adjusted based on the complexity of your results and medical needs. If results are more extensive or abnormal than anticipated, your provider may recommend a Comprehensive Lab Review.

Virtual care for children and teens ages 8–17. Parent or legal guardian must be present and provide consent for all visits.
⚠️ Parent/Guardian Consent Required. A parent or legal guardian must be present for all pediatric visits and provide consent before any clinical evaluation. Children qualify under their parent’s Sankofa Membership for discounted rates.
💳 Pricing: $75 per visit — same as adult services. Parent membership discount applies. Aetna & BCBS commercial insurance accepted for qualified pediatric visits.
