Schedule a Weight Management visit with your Sankofa provider.

Clinical Evaluation
Your provider reviews your history and determines if medication is appropriate for you.

Prescription Sent
If prescribed, your e-prescription is sent to NovoCare® or LillyDirect® for your medication.

Delivered to You
Your medication is shipped directly to your home. Medication costs are separate from visit fees.
